Knocking noise coming from torsion bar

   Hi guys,
   
   Since I got my car lowered I get a knocking noise coming from what it sounds like the rear of the car, it's really getting on my tits now. Every time I go over a bump or turn sharply it makes the fricking noise and it just sounds nasty.
   
   Anybody have any idea of what it could be? or anybody know a good place in the south-west that could have a look at it? I've been to a few garages here and there but they just say they don't normally touch torsion bars/saxos suspension so they won't look at it.
   
   Any help will be much appreciated!

   possibly the exhaust knocking the torsion bar, mine does it all the time!
