Spaying Grill "Help Please"

   I've taken my standerd grill off the car because its a bit beaten nd scuffed, but i would like to sand it and spary it myself "I'll put pictures up when its done"
   
   Could do with some TIP'S please??
   
   What kind of paint? "Shiny not matt"
   What kind of sand paper?
   How many coats?
   Anything?
