jp4 engine swap whats needed of the j4 engine?

    hi am looking at doing the 16v conversion on my R but i am just wondering what so i need of the j4 lump to be able to fit the jp4? i know i need inlet manifold exhaust manifold and ecu side mount what else?

    also can some one point me in the direction of the jp4 guide which is on here (i have read it before but cant seem to find it?)
