12V, rear window heater and horn. All not working

    12v socket not working, I use this to play my iPod through my car radio via a holder/charger/player. Any ideas how I go about fixing it? Also my rear window heating/demister isn't working or my horn

    Please help

    Check your fuses under the dash passenger side,1 or more may be blown.

    Cig lighter and horn are on the same fuse so would say fused for them, are your power steering and heaters working?

    If not look at this

    Power steering is working so are heaters just not rear window demister

    A long shot but on the inside of your rear screen each side you`ll see a spade connector make sure their both pushed into the connections for the screen.

    Sorry to drag up a really old thread but I'm having exactly the same problem and was wondering if you ever managed to fix it,

    The HRW, cigarette lighter and horn are all on the same fuse, and are all not working, I have replaced the fuse and it doesn't affect it,

    I was wondering if there was also a common relay that they all go through but from the haynes manual diagrams it doesn't appear so.

    I've seen the link about my heaters but they are working fine.

    Any help greatly appreciated.
