vtr 4-2-1 mani?

   hi i have a v reg vtr and im looking to get a 4-2-1 manifold. Any suggestions as to what ones are good?

   cheers, i've heard raceland mani's are good. Do you have to disconnect the lambda sensor when fitting a 4-2-1?
