   hi guys sorry for this post as i know there is a lot of them but could someone please post simply what i would need for this so i can just check for prices instead of searching around, im thinking of starting this project beginning of next year

   i carnt remember now who but would be a good idea to speak to him
   i think its mandyslover
   when i upgrade ill be speaking to him too if he still does them
   i think your talking around the 400 quid mark mate

   cheap enough to be honest. just when i have spent/ spending on this i thought best to just upgrade engine
