I was wondering where would i be looking to tighten the ARB as every year or so it starts making a horrible clonking squeeking sound and was last time fixed by tightening it up. Problem is im no mechanic and don't know where to look...is there a guide or can some one show me?

One bolt each side on the arb end plates.
Could be the hole in the end plate has widened so tightening might not even help.

Just jack up and support the rear so you can get both wheels off then you can see them.

In the picture above is the ARB plate...it is off the axle atm...as you can see there are 2 holes for bolts, in the middle (goes into the ARB pole) and on the far right (goes onto the axle arm) take both your wheels off and try tightening them up before you pay out

    Hope that helps
