V-Maxx have won best budget coilover for like the past three years in fast car. If you just want it for looks the V-maxx will be fine. Know loads of people with budget coilovers and theirs have been fine.
Always makes me laugh when people say there shit. He's putting them on a saxo not exactly know for build quality |

Tut tut ur better off sawing down standard spring that jump out the spring pan than these budget coilies with 2mm of travel.
Nice choise on the spax mate |

I bet if he put these on they would last fine. If he drives like a normal person they will last aslong as any other coilover. I mean hes putting them on a furio for gods sake. Some people are just abit too 'brand' happy.

Did I mention anything about longevity? More a of a safety factor and the fact that theyre fully functional. Do you not understand what the term travel means or that 2mm travel is a negative thing? But dont worry John, its just a saxo.. aparently the fact its still a car dosent matter so just get a scaffholding bar and replace your damper and springs with it |

I think you'll find they are fully functional and perfectly safe. They wouldn't be voted best budget coilover for 3 years in a row and not be safe to use.
I didn't come into the thread for an argument, but suggesting cut springs are safer than these and slating a product you have never used yourself is just stupid. |
