genuine driveshaft?

   my driveshafts are buggered on my vtr 2000 model.just foned citroen and they say they no longer make or sell the driveshafts for my car.nightmare!!!!!! any places out there that sell genuine parts. i've tried second hand but the shaft that goes into gearbox woz too long and didnt fit. and car is jacked up on side of road now.GOING NOWHERE. any help out there?

   or try drive shafts from a vts/106 gti....do you have the driveshaft with the middle mount on the driverside?

   i ordered some genuine citroen shafts a few weeks ago from citroen in glasgow. had to wait a few weeks cause they had to get them made in france. i had to get genuine citroen shafts. but usually i would just go to a factor or euro car parts. them shafts r just as good.

   Join the current group buy for drive shafts, they're alot better than o/e ones or recon ones.

   who cares these days about genuine parts? most pattern parts from autofactors or decent sites (ECP, GSF) are just as good. i got a dirt cheap one for my last saxo from a shop i frequent and it was still good when i scrapped it 2 years later!

    £120 for both oe driveshafts? thats cheap, cheapest i seen oe ones are for £120 each!

    Got 2 new ABS shafts for around 120 posted.
    
    Quality looked amazing, had em fitted for over a year done over 10,000 miles and they still look new no rust whatsoever and boots still look fresh as
    
    Came with some sort of guarantee too I think like 12 months unlimited mileage or something
