HELP, battery lights on, no powersteering, no heaters and no heated rear window.

   please help. i need some solutions, i was out in my car lastnight started fine a drove it about, kept it running for 5mins while i parked up talkin to a mate. as i drove of i noticed the battery light was on, and my steering was very stiff, hence the no power steering.
   
   i researched it on the internet to find the heaters have also gone along with my rear heated window.
   
   iv checked the battery, alternator, and the fuses. and all seem fine, check for dodgy connections on the alternator, checked the tension, even checked the voltage on the battery and it still holding its charge.
   
   does anybody have anymore ideas what it could be?

   ta, iv just had a read through it, will this also cure the battery light staying on. or will i stay on if i did the mod?

   I should have added to my post that the 1st things i`d do is get the alternator tested & 2nd clean up the connections on the alternator.I say this because your alternator may be faulty.

   First thing to check would be the fuse box as all of the items you have listed are on the same fused circuit.
