Powerflow Exhaust

   I just brought a powerflow back box off a mate that had it on his vtr, and had it welded on on saturday, but it doesnt quite make as much of a 'raspy' noise as it did on his? but there is not difference between our cars? apart from he has an air filter on his instead of the standard airbox. i know the exhaust is only 1.5"/2" but it sounded a lot better on his? anyone got any ideas why?

   could be numerous reasons why, what sort of centre pipe or mani did he have? give it time to bed in aswell.

   Was Just Completely standard Mate.. Yeahh I Thought It Might Change If I Did That. as For A Mani... Would A 4-2-1 Mani Be A Good Idea And Change Performance Much?

   get your car decated and a manifold. A budget stainless mani thats good is a raceland, but if you want the max power gains go for a supersprint, well worth the money but alot of monies.

   Yeahh I Think I Will Do That.. Lookin For Manifolds noww.. I Dont Really Wanna Spend Loads On One Atm, So Gonna Look For A Cheaper One

   raceland manifolds are really good imo, never had any trouble fitting 1 and they are good quality for the price you pay ,iles better than the others in that price range, speak to kam im sure he sells them

   Looks that Way Lol, Jus Want It To Sounds Abit Better Now The Exhaust Is Settling In Abit It Does Sound A Bit Better. Still Have To De Cat and New Mani Though! NEED TO GET SOME NEW BUCKETS TOOO!!

    i want buckets but car is old and dont justify spending lots on a car thats going to cease up.

    Yeahh There Isnt Alot Of Point Really (N) Mines Getting Old Now Too.. But I Love It So Keeping It For A Whilee.
