How To Fit A Back Box On VTR

Hay i've just brought a 4" tip backbox with a 2.25" inlet but i hate when the backbox comes out on a angle i like them coming out staight. I've been looking for some Stainless Steel bend pipe but i like only find welding Stainless Steel bend pipe and i don't want to weld it on i want to clamp it on for m.o.t purposes. So do any of you think flexi pipe would work to put the exhaust coming out straight or have any of you got any ideas but i don't want to spend loads of money lol thankz.

Well there's your problem then, should've got a Saxo specific one instead of the cheap shite universal ones.

If it has a flange on it, then why don't you bolt it on?

Although, I didn't know Universal ones came with Flanges lol.

I had this problem with my scorpion backbox, had to bend the centre pipe in the end just heated it up with a gas blow torch. Also saying that if it is a universal backbox like mine was you will need a ring to fit between the 2 pipes aswell as mine didnt have the flange, and exhaust sealer so its a air tight seal. You can do it yourself, its not hard unless you are afraid of rolling around on the floor with a jacked up car lol.

Is it the standard saxo centre pipe that you are trying to connect the universal back box to?
