Saxo 1.1 desire faster than pug 1.4 quiksilver?

   I was looking at specs of some cars earlier, (mainly saxos and peugeots) and found that a 1.1 saxo is faster than a 1.4 peugeot quicksilver by like 0.8 seconds?
   
   Is this right?

   Take the 0-60 times with a pinch of salt.
   
   Supposedly, Peugeot tested the 106 with 2 passengers and a full tank of petrol, and Citroen tested with just the driver and the bare minimum of petrol, making it appear faster than the 106.
   
   May or not be true.

   Well atleast on paper my car is faster than something other than a pushbike

   imo, a 1.4 quicksilver is much much much quicker than a 1.1 having been in both.
