Important! : No PAS,heaters or dear meister..

    Hello guys.. My power steering went 3days ago and brought the altenater to get checkd and its fine,as i had this prob before and it was the alt.. Now im wondering what could it be this time dose anyone have any ideas,i sein the job you can do with the wires underneath the steerin columb but i would rather prefer to get to the source... Any help appreciated... Thanks

    Just do the deal with the wires under the dash or pay for a new ignition from Citroen (more than your car is worth) not worth the hassle for a piece of 30amp wire and 2 spade connectors.

    I know yeh but whos to say its the ignition mate..?

    Because its the same problem as the other 40 thousand saxo's that loose there heaters power steering and rear heated screen. Try it and if it work's problem solved.

    Haha i supoze mate.. Il do it first thing 2moro,and i wudnt mind it went on friday right before i had to make a 300 mile round trip for a rally...

    It was my blower that was always shorting when i switched it to 111.
    And pas is on the same fuse.so i gave the blower its own power and fuse and just dont use 111. sorted

    I had the wire trick done already and thought it came loose but it was fine.. It was one of the big orange 40amp fuses that was gone,there in the black box to the top left of the fuse box under the bonnet.. Problem solved,thanks for all the replys
