VTR Phase 1? or 2? HELP

   Hi, I know this is probably a silly question but I have a W reg VTR, which is the one that is a bit of a mix and match between the phase 1 and 2. I was just wondering if anyone could tell me which phase it is classed as?
   
   Also will the phase 1 manifold fit it without modification?

   More than likely a mk2 shape, but with the mk1 engine in (metal spin on filter instead of the plastic housing)

   I know it has the phase 2 face but its just wasnt sure about the engine layout because it has the cat under the car etc, do you know if I should get a manifold for the phase 1 or 2?

   just another question would a phase 2 manifold fit the phase one engine.
   I know to make a phase 1 fit a phase 2 you have to reposition the oil filter, is there any modifications that need to be made to get a phase 2 on a phase 1?

   the cat in the manifold will touch the oil filter and cause overheated i think

   sorry should have said i meant a peformance mani so it wont have a cat

   oryt yeah you will be fine if its the can type that screws to front of engine
