is the only differnence between the vtr and the vts the heads .???

   What are the main differneces between the vtr and vts engine .?? and are the ecu's the same.??

   whole engine is different and ecu's have different maps

   Iirc someone on here converted a 16v head to work on a 8v bottom end but it was a LOT of work, much cheaper and easier just to buy a vts engine.

   to do this you need alot of stuff as i have done it
   
   pistons and rods
   oil injectors to feed lower pistons
   drill in breather
   change cam belt pully as there different to
   cambelt tenchinor is in different place but there is a hole all ready drilled and tapped
   and ecu
