It's got the usual breathing mods, green shrouded filter, wrapped raceland 4-2-1 & a saxsport with motorsport cat. It made...

    wheels: 109.3bhp @ 6511rpm,
    fly: 138.5bhp @ 6796rpm,
    torque was 114 lb/ft @ 5597rpm

All done at a balmy 21.9 degrees.

cracking result for breathing mods I take it you're engine is this multiplug version I seen you speaking about on another thread?
  3. #3
over 25% driveline loss seems excessive to me.

if you assume the wheel figure is accurate and 15% driveline loss thats circa 125bhp from those mods. figure id expect to see. in which case, bang on - good result.

Ugh.. wait till another one gets started haa

Result is great, a bit better than what i would have expected as i think some people get a little shy of what you got.

Im sure people will see the 2prong statements and come flying in with the "i know, because a mate of my brother read on the internet" comments.

Nope they came from 1999-2000 model VTS's

Crossover engine without egr valve but has 2 prongs on the front which were later used to mount the valve

I know of a couple including my old one which with decat 421 and induction kits made about 120 at the wheels, mine was 122

Whether that's enough to charge more for the engines as some do when selling well, who knows
  15. #15
That's impressive.. does anyone have a picture of these two prongs.. I'll make sure I get one of these.. assuming they're on the "one plug" ecu?

They can be used on both type of ecu.
