SIGCON help!

   Ok wired in my SIGCON today, and all its displaying is one red LED which stays on constantly.
   
   the instruction i had were quite hard to go by, but i feel i wired it in correctly...
   
   also when i turn the adjustable pots, nothing lights up and no voltages change.
   
   the timer control warning lamp also doesnt come on either.

   ok i dont no if theres much diffrence between sigcon 1 and 2 but i had problems geting a ign live that stays live and the gound needs to be good were abouts are you if not to far could come have a look hope you get it sorted tom

   well i earthed it onto my old battery negative as my batterys earthed in boot now.
   
   also the switched live becomes live when i just put ignition on and it turns the board on. i have sigcon 3.
   
   it just displays one red led and no voltages change. i would like to start the car up but batterys gone fucking dead! and i have to charge it today.
