Fitting Raceland Enclosed... What about this pipe?

   I've purchased a Raceland Enclosed kit and am wondering what I'm supposed to do with the circled tube as there are no additional holes in the piping of the kit (other than for the tube on the rocker cover for the oil) to plug it into.
   
   
   
   I've tried a search but can't find anything with a solid answer.

   Could a breather filter be plugged onto it and it'd be fine or..?

   just take the full pipe off mate and put a breather filter on the icv i put a circle around it in yellow for you.
