Black lights?

   Is it possible & if so, is it easy to spray the inside yourself?
   Or would it be easier to just buy a set online which are already black?

   easy to do, heat in oven or use heatgun,
   
   split them apart and spray insides, re heat with gun and stick together. use sealent or similiar to put em together
