Engine Stalling Urgent!

  1. #1
    Hey guys,

For the past couple of days may car has been randomly stalling, I think it's when i change gears or low revs. Couple of times i have been going around a roundabout and it's just stalled, no power steering and week brakes, Not a good thing to happen on a round out.

    Any ideas please help!!!!
    Thanks

also, When i rev, revs drop down to pretty much nothing and car goes to stall then picks the revs back up and then the revs go up and down up and down for a few seconds and then it goes steady again.

How much are these to fix,
Also would this effect driving, As lately car judders and jolts a lot, Say i'm doing around 40mph in 3rd, I'm gaining on a car so I take foot of the gas a little, The car starts the judder and jolt, So i either have to put up with it or put my foot down harder on the acceleration

Before you pay out for the ICV mate, you can clean it with some brake cleaner.

Use the search button for 'how to clean ICV' and it brings up a thread for you if you get stuck

I noticed a post up that you have seen the guide. Follow that you will be fine...if it seems to difficult dont try it. Ask for help.
