Slow turning over, but new battery

   My car sometimes turns over really slow when its got a new battery on it, volts fine 13 when off and 14 when running, sometimes car cuts out too think it might be link got both problems at the same time anybody know what it could be?

   for slow turning over, sounds like starter motor

   thats what i thought man, but why the lumby idling and cuttin out cos when it dont turn over slow it idles perfect :/ its only doing it 50% of the time

   lump idle, have you tried cleaning the icv?

   cleaned it didnt do nothing so baught a new one..

   Check the wires to the alternator for tightness & corrosion & the connections on the battery.

   but why would i be cutting out on me? as it only cuts out when it turns over slow and then sometimes perfect?
