mk2 head on mk1 engine

   hi timing belt went and fucked a few valves decided its easier to replace whole head just wondering if a mk2 vtr cylinder head is the same as the mk1 i seen a few mk2 heads quite cheap not many mk1's close so if it would fit fine would make life easier lol thanks guys
