Induction boxes, casing?

   Hi,
   
   Just thinking of making a Box like the K&N Gen2's have, just wondering if any of you have made them?
   
   Thinking of a sealed box with filter in, with hole in side for idle flow (Away from rad//engine side) Then a hole in bottom with cold pipe going to fog//under bumper, to stop heat from engine effecting the flow.
   
   Any ideas, pictures of yours youv'e made, bought?
