Cam cover/plate shims

   What are these things called and where can I get a new set? They are the little hollow shims/dowels that sit under the plate which is above the rockers on an 8v setup. Keep the oil dispersal plate (for want of a better word) from touching the rockers

   Just go to Citroen or Peugeot and order some, the fresh air will do you good
