supersprint centre pipe does any backbox and 4 branch manifold fit!

   was thinking off buying the supersprint centre pipe for my 2000 vtr...but i was just wondering does any backbox fit to it and does aany 4-1 manifold fit to it aswell..also do i need to buy a decat pipe as my cat is under the car or does this pipe fit to manifold and backbox...this is the pipe i was thinking off getting

   i got the same center pipe on my vtr and my manifold fits fine with back box

   same here, have it on my 2000 vtr, fits standard mani but is now on a raceland 4-2-1 with a magnex back box, fits perfect.

   Yea thats ecactly wat i am looking to do put a raceland mani and maxnex bb...is this system loud did u need to get a decat

   no it decats the exhaust, the pipe will cone in 2 pieces, i recommend that you remove the cat and centre silencer in one piece and assemble the two pieces beside it matching the supersprint to the otigional to make sure it fits in the grooves when you fit it to the car, then fit the back box, they will also recommend that you use a vts mani to centre pipe gasket kit which is 3mm larger thn vtr one, worked a treat for me, love the sound, quite quiet under 3k but boot it and its nice and will pop and bubble when shifting down gears

   as far as i'm aware the supersprint centre does not fit the magnex backbox without cutting down the super a bit

   the supersprint will fit any manifold and backbox which is designed to follow the OEM route and fitment. The backbox fitment needs to be an olive type joint. Any backbox with a sleeve fitment is not a straightforward fit.
