would it be a piss-take to spray these black? i.e. all the sanding needed to get into every corner etc?

    No it would'nt

i think he means piss-easy lol .take time over the prep work (sanding back to the metal, priming etc) and it's a lot easier than you'd think. just don't rush it. plenty of threads about it which go into more detail and the ins and outs

like to sand it down to get into every corner might me proper annoying and not worth the hassle??
  5. #5
no, just might take a little while

You should be able to get them painted in 8 days but make sure they've had chance to fully dry before fitting them.

actually saying that ive got a spray gun with my dads new air compressor... where do i get paint from to put into there? itll be cheaper than in a can from halfrauds wont it?

lol theres another thing ive thought of, what am i going to do about taking off the tyres and putting them back on... i cant do that myself can i?
  21. #21
Just let the tyres down and mask them up, using a proper spray gun should produce better results and look in the yellow pages for paint suppliers it should work out cheaper.
