bought the items in the thread below from him, he said items where posted then they didnt turn up so contacted him, he said his mum hadn't posted them yet and they would be sent next day yet they still didnt turn up been over 2 weeks now since the transaction. i have put a claim in through paypal to get my money back, just thought i would warn others of him.

well eventually received the hdd and wirless adapter but the hdd is a 20gb not 250gb as stated, paypal dispute stays open just changed it to goods not as decribed.

no because if you read the advert he says he doesnt need this 250gb one anymore as he has a 20gb to use as he is not online anymore.

worst of all i have had his mum sending me emails trying to get me to cancel the paypal claim, he has been telling her aload of lies aswell. if anyone knows this bloke can you go an see him and tell him to sort is act out and send me the right hdd or refund me my money

me and ben have been messaging each other on here and are sorting it out .

i thought the hard drive was a 250gb and i even bought it off someone as a 250gb obviously not the case , but ben is going to get a refund for the hdd and hes sending it back and i will cover the postage costs aswell.

as ive said to ben i wasnt getting my mother involved , as she has her own business and has to post stuff everyday i thought she was going to take it down for me as i had work but basicly my fault and she told me to send my own stuff .

and one thing i dont get, so scott because i didnt want to have a " race " and my mother said i didnt have anything to prove probs because not worth risking my life trying to have a stupid race , that means i need to grow up . i didnt ask my mum to comment on that on facebook she was looking out for me as if i remember correctly no matter what age you are your parents and people who care about you will always have a veiw and will have a right to say what they think on a certain situation. clearly there is some people that find the need to talk about racing saxo's on facebook

exactly what i thought when read it . also as said refund was giving etc people sometimes have alot time taken up . so he delivering took time and refund debate but you got it bk so all is happy

he said he cant refund me till the weekend, and its his mums paypal account. and im only having a part refund as im happy with the wirless controler just not the hdd. but he wants to pay me the refund via paypal goods, which ive said im not happy about as whats to say once ive sent the hdd back to him that he puts a claim in to get his money back, he wont send the money as gift.

Guys like this are what ruin things for others stick with the complete refund claim and get. Down to your nearest game shop and buy one second hand they're cheap enough now anyway

paypal have been paid in full the £36.00 now so expect when paypal or if they have already spoken to you , and that once youve got the £36.00 back paypal have insisted that both wireless addaptor and hdd are sent back due to not having further problems with you not sending the hdd back or me claim you havent sent it or what ever problems could happen

you got the refund back on the 16th of september not the 6th of august paypal have even confirmed this ! if you did get your refund till when you say you did on the 6th why would you of sent the items back a week before ! clearly you had the refund then otherwise who in there right mind would send them back
