squeaking belt??? or something? help

   i have a 1.6l vtr 2001 new model mk2 saxo
   
   when i am stationary there is a noise coming from drivers side right by the wheel
   
   its not that loud but annoying!
   
   it is a squeak ?? like a belt???
   
   
   any idears?

   Alternator belt mate replace it they only bout £10-£15

   Stops ya battery bein charged so u would have no electrics won't hurt engine they easy to change

   You dont have to replace then always you might get away with tighting it up.
