vts/gti head on a vtr

   will a gti or vts head fit on a vtr? is the main engine (block) the same as the vts?

   Sort of, the engine block is similar but lacks a few tappings.

   so its gotta be a vts block aswell? will i be able to get aw2ay with a vtr bottom end?

   This is the second time ive seen this this week lol..
   
   No it wont fit without major work but a vts lump.

   will fit straight on if you use c2 cams and a special sealant from germany

    The head bolts on fine, oil and water ways line up etc. Piston-valve clearance is the only issue really and you need to change the front sprocket to the 8v 21 tooth one.
