J4 low boost turbo setup

   I have a couple of questions for the boost nutters among us.
   
   How much boost can a standard J4 engine take without lowering the compression using a decomp plate etc? What sort of power would this level of boost equate to?

   totally depends on the mapping can run decent boost if its spot on

   I'd be happy with whatever power is classed as 'safe' for an MA box with Quaife ATB - something just south of 200bhp ATF? Car will probably be doing ~4 track days a year.
   
   What sort of turbos should I be looking into - Garrett T25?

   depends mate, so many things to think about.
   
   what is your ultimate goal, will it do more road miles than track miles.. have you sorted everything else out like mounts, fuel pump, clutch etc.
   
   gt25 will be good upto 270hp
