Will mostly be just exhaust piping that you will have to adapt.
Not a hard job as long as you are handy with a welder and disk cutter.
If you are looking for a centerpipe you will have to measure yours ( mani to Back box) then just get a piece of the piping with the lugs to fit on to ex manifold and jobs a gooden.

People spend years and thousands on exhaust physics/ figuring out back pressure/ exhaust note etc so It will most probably not be the best for performance - althought iirc it wont be too bad with back pressure as long as you can get air and fuel into the bores at the same rate as its able to exit it should be all good.
It will gargle and pop and bang though

and be loud... very loud.
