hi iv seen a twin cherrybomb exhaust on a car on ebay do u think it would be a good or bad idea to put one on mine
twin exhaust

#1
-
#2single imo
-
#3id rather keep the oem R exhaust than run a cherrybomb exhaust.
-
#4i'd rather eat my own shit that put that on my car.1 user thanked this post:

#6Kill it with fire.
But seriously, they're ear bleeders, look crap and especially twins. Keep it single and simple me mon. -
#7im just going by his; Car(s): a blue saxo vtrQuote:on a 1.1? or do you mean in respect to the OP.
Everyones going to say get a supersprint exhaust but personally I cant fault scorpion. Use them on my sax and my 182
yeah OP.
the tips on them look alright but they sound sooo hideous. -
#8A very very bad idea.
-
#10do you have one on your 182?Quote:Depends what car it is. my 182 is quite quiet on idle with a bassy tone at higher revs. The saxo with straight through race pipe is raspy
my 3" sportex is raspy, and a tad loud. but it sounds good.
a fella with a 5dr car like mine has a cherrybomb on it and it sounds shite. theres a reason why they're cheap. shite note etc. -
#11buy a supersprint
-
#12cheers would u stick with a single exhaust does twin look shit (not cherrybomb)
-
#13scafold pole ftw!
-
#15I built my center pipe from cutting out the car and welding bits of exhaust piping in place! was thinking of doing what you said as it was real fun doing it.Quote:This, My exhaust is a 2.5" stainless steel pipe with a tip welded on the end that I made at college. Its the don.
Downside is everyone local hates me.
then blow some of my savings on a decent system, but tbf, my car pops bangs and is raspy... so why change it
-
#16Yes exactly the same scorpion imola on my 182, just obviously has two pipes from its single silencer
