I'm assuming this is to do with the ECU.
I've been driving very steady tonight, no high revs and driving very sensibly. I had a nice bit of road and free'd up the throttle (30Mph in gear 3 and tried hitting 60mph/ 70mph)
The car felt so laggy. It just didn't want to pick up speed and was slow.
I went down a few country roads and treated it as a agility course. I came back into a 30mph zone and the car seemed a lot more responsive and picked up acceleration almost instantly.
I can only assume that this is the ECU adjusting the fueling? As i had been driving steady for a while, the ECU thinks this is my style of driving and then reduces the amount of fuel flow? Consequently when i open the throttle up its confused and doesn't have the time to adjust the fuel flow with in a few seconds of me booting it?
