I will buy catcams 1321708 for my car and on the Supersprint exhaust system,S1 gearbox,raceland filter
Which should I use the flywheel for the best results?

I wouldn't bother tbh mate you won't notice hardly any difference, personally I'd use the money to get a better clutch setup

Atpower say steel I would go with there recommendation
