Hey people looking for a manifold for my 16v looking to spend around £150-£200. What do people suggest ? Thanks.

Raceland for the price. Ive had a couple of millteks in the past and liked them; near identical to the Supersprint but cheaper.

Who did the coating, and how long has it lasted?

I would say for your budget get a raceland manifold.

I do my own coatings mate. Its been on there about 18 months. Will give another blast and coat before re sale.

I did start offering my services on ebay but only did a handfull. Even if my prices were good people just prefere to buy shitty heat wrap.
