intake manifold

   hi all.
   if i install this intake manifold and throttle from pug 106 xsi 1.3 8v will i get any gains? and do i have to take the engine of to intall this or is it easy?

   that is a 106 rallye inlet manifold... quite common there is plenty of guides

   you can only fit this if your port spacing is 00-00 not if its 0-0-0-0

   is it pug and play in my car (they'r both 8v) and is it difficult to install?

   non they arnt plug and play IF it fits you will need to change your throttle cable modify the wireing loom and vacuum pipeing to the inlet
