ITG JC40 Air Filters for Throttle Bodies.

   Im about to purchase an air filter for my throttle bodies for my vts.
   
   Ive been advised that I need a JC40/s/65 with back
   plate.
   
   What is the difference between these two filters?

   They look the same in the pics but there is a £24 price difference....
   
   Any help would be great.
