advice please

   but when i came to do it one of the screw heads was rounded off how do i get it out ?

   vice grips generally or whack a bigger torx on it and hope for the best or your gonna have to drill it out....

   I did that to mine, so I took the whole throttle body off and picked a new one up for a tenner, luckily I had a spare ICV to hand, so just bolted everything to the new throttle body, in my mind, you have to take the throttle body out to take the ICV or anything off, else you will end up stripping the screw heads

   Tap a bigger torx bit into the head mate.

   This ^^, or cut a slot with a saw into the screw head and use a screwdriver.

    I have manged to sort the srew out today got mold grips on it then when it was out i cut a slot on it so i can use a flat screw driver on it now but looks like i need a new air control valve as its still doing the same thing.

    Just wanted to update and let you know that the new part of ebay came yesterday £20 and i took the old one off fitted new part turned the ignition on and off 6 times and started on the 7th and job done car running spot on again.
