Vts ecu

I am running a 02 plate 3 plug vts and have been offered a 1 plug unlocked vts ecu, is there a way to adapt them to fit onto each other? Or would it be easier to get mine unlocked? Would it make much difference having it unlocked?

why would you unlock the 3 plug ecu? the only reason you would do that is to so it can be used on other cars or so you dont use the immobiliser. why exactly do you want to put a single plug ecu on your 3 plug? btw it wont fit without the correct loom etc...

Well i put a thread about it but no one replied what sort of gains are there from putting a C2 vts head on it, if i did put one on would i be able to cam it without it smashing into the pistons and would it have to be a C2 head gasket or a Saxo one?
