Sealed up my rocker today...

    does it look ok to you guys?

    Didnt have enough gasket sealed to do the other one but will do it soon as.

    Jesus who sealed it in the first picture? Stevie wonder? To be fair that looks a lot better, as long as you got the two surfaces clean and put a nice even bead it should be all good

    God knows i got the car and thought fook me my nan could do better. Im a ex window fitter so it should look tidy lol

    looking good, what sealing paste did you use? looks funky in blue was it just hylomar?

    As long as it seals then it shouldnt matter but was a mess before!

    Looks much better,the original stuff on it looks like silicone from a bathroom.

    Looks 100x better. Going to do my this weekend but looks like its a rubber gasket that runs round the bottom of the cam cover.?? Dont suppose anyone knows if its liquid sealer on a 2000 vtr aswel?

    Yes its a rubber gasket, you'll have to get it from a motor factors or citroen, only a few quid though

    I used locktite blue. Worked a treat till i find out it my headgasket leaking. DOH

    when i had to remove cam cover after i used this stuff it was a bastard lol stuck solid so it defo works and you dont need alot
