Who's Running a C2 vts inlet??

Hi everyone, ive got a C2 VTS inlet that im fitting in my 106, im making my own adaptor plate to mount the standard J4 throttle body, will upload some pics once done!

Main concern at the moment is the fuel rail, what are most people doing with theirs? im looking at fitting 500cc pico style injectors in the standard rail with an externaly mounted FPR, Now I May be being increadably stupid (and dont have it infront of me now) but what is done as far as a return is concerned??

Also what else needs modifying on the inlet?? any changes that are needed or recomended?

Anyone with photos of there own or othere set ups feel free to upload them any info would be great!

Right had the inlet on the engine and it seems like I need to trim it to fit past the ecu side engine mount, anyone else have this problem,

Also still cant see a return??

I don't think engine mounts are a concern, you will need to either drill holes in inlet flange or drill and tap the head. The bolt pattern is different on the c2inlet.

Im using a Jenvey fuel rail and Jenvey bullet fpr housing. Using the Jenvey mounting blocks but modified to allow me to fit the long seimans injectors.

Are there any proven gains to using the metal inlet?

Would any one recommend this inlet for a cammed vts?

Like is it worst is would you get much gain from it or is it just best for bostt?

Im using standard c2 rail with peco injectors. Also i used a vtr fpr holder and just attached the feed and return accordingly.

As for gains, probably not many just peace of mind using alloy over plastic.

Im a little concerned about the inlet fouling the engine mount

Its a a C2 VTS JP4 Block if that makes any difference ( i dont think it does)

    Options are -

Im refitting the mount wrong! (if any one has a pic of one fitted properly that would be great)

The inlet is slightly different and needs trimming?

    Its always the small things

Ad ill probs just copy your setup for fuel system

completely off subject, but what topmounts are being used in dannygti's pics?

Look like ast adjustable ones. Could be wrong tho
  10. #10
Yea they are AST top mounts

im runninc2 inlet on my supercharged saxo, i had to grind a little bit off to to get the end bolt of the engine mount into place , im using c2vts rail with pecco 450cc injectors and a fpr for the return feed .hope that helps

also im running a j4 head and just drilled and tapped it to fit

as for gains i wouldnt think u get much as its just a piece of mind as the plastic J4 inlets apartantly blow up on high boost
