exhaust qustion?

   if i remove silencer from the mid section will i gain any performance? (is it worth doing?) ive got a 1.4 8v engine....

   you will only get little gain not really anything you will notice
   
   the only thing you will notice is the sound diference coz it will sound more rasspy

   i had a standard exhaust and i then changed it for a 4-2-1 and straight through with a magnex back box and i noticed a good diference on take off and mid range m8

    just had a look on there web page they recon upto 7hp for the pugsport system and less weight then normal buti would go with the 3inch box if it was me
    
    you are looking at about £400 tho

    the only prob the i have with magnex is that you cant hide the backbox so just the tail pipe shows

    yh you allways see half the box with magnex! i dont mind that tho aslong as its kept clean and shiny! my box shows on myn too on my pug, ive got twin oval pipes..

    i dont like the look of 2" lol but apaz there alot louder and ment to be good performane i need to go in a car with 1 on really so i can have a little feel and see what i think

    its just trial and error i would say i ahev spent ££££ on exhausts over the past 3 years for my corsa and ended up with full scorpion in the end but every car sounds diferent i think

    but i would try them see if you like it or try and find some one with a pugsport exhaust and get them to take you out for a blast to see if you like it
