Which exhaust pipe do I need with OBD or without?

I have just been told that the baffles have gone in my exhaust and it is blowing right from the front. I need a complete new system because someone has decided to hold the exhaust pipe together by welding and not clamps.
I have had 2 different quotes for a complete new standard pipe but one has On Board Diagnostics and the other one doesn't.
I have a T reg Saxo Westcoast 1.4 does anybody know which one I need or doesn't it matter?

    Any help will be appreciated

you dont get OBD in the exhaust pipe

if they can't tell you from your REG, then look elsewhere.

Can a OBD be something to do with the cat?

OBD is the diagnostic port found under your glove box I believe

the only thing that got any thing to do with OBD is the lambda sensors
