Ive been deciding whether or not to cam my vts and the gasket just below the cams has gone now and i thought while the engine was apart i would replace the camshaft. Ive been told by 2 people what to get, newman ph2's or kent cams, just wondering if you could shed any light on which is better? Thanks

With regards to cams I personally would buy the new version of the catcam708's, I can't remember what they're called off the top of my head but kamracing are promoting them at the moment.
They're more wild than ph2's, being pretty equivalent to ph3's but if you're going to the trouble of changing them I would get the better ones that give best performance.

#3It goes rocker cover at the top which is just a rubber seal around the inside, then there is one at the bottom of the cam housing which is like a paste and then there is the head gasket, it has gone just below my egr, well where the egr was! have been told dirko is the stuff to seal it. Ive read a few comments about the 708's but ive not heard anything about them so thought i would ask! i dont want anything too wild but i want a fair bit more horsepower. Thanks!
