Bad Pedal

   Need some help guys. I've just fitted new brakes on my VTR 266mm on the front and new discs & pads on the back. I've fitted full braided lines to the front (MC to inner wing, wing to caliper) and also fitted a 23mm.
   
   I've bled all the calipers and checked everything is tight, but the pedal is going down to the floor. It feels hard, but if you push in it goes flat. For some reason there is like a pin through the top of the MC, any ideas what that could be?
   
   Any ideas on the problem?

   Are you sure all the air is outt??
   
   Can be a pain to get out after changing all those bits

   did every caliper loads of times. I'll try some more tomorrow, but feels like i'm wasting fluid atm

   As suggested by Swampy. Changing the m/c introduces air into the very beginning of the system. It takes a LOT of bleeding.

   An old school way of making all the air is out is
   Close all the nipples and the mc lid, then jam the pedal down overnight in the morning in jam the pedal and you will have air at the nipples
   
   Did you adjust the push rod on the McCormick the servo??

   similar what we do on bikes at work for a quick fix if the lever goes back too far we cable tie the lavel down over night and in the morning its forced all the air to the master cylinder and feels much better

   what do you mean swampy? what do i need to adjust?
   
   all my past cars i've just changed the calipers, so never touched the MC or anything else. I'll try jamming the pedal tomorrow. When i was pushed the brake before it looked like there was some fluid around the MC, but everything seems tight to me
