Exhaust popping?

   Fit my new exhaust yesterday, Raceland 4-2-1, De-cat, Magnex centre and back box and when I was pulling up to a junction it started popping. My mate didn't believe me so I tried to show him and it didn't do it. Is there a specific way to drive it for it to happen. Eg. high revs, low revs?

   high revs slowing down, say third gear?

   just break up to a junction and don't dip the clutch, pops then. once the clutch is dipped it stops.

   i find mine pops abit if i depress the clutch when moving, let the revs drop to 1000, then let the clutch out slowly, as the revs go between about 1200rpm and 2200rpm it pops and flutters abit. for example slowing down gently at the local macdonalds.

   You will only get the exhaust popping when changing down and slowing down. It will also happen if you scream the nuts off the car lol

   I get it a few pops at at time, some loud some arnt going down gears, lifting the clutch up slow

   mine usually happens when i engine break or shift down gears from 4th and into 3rd it lets off a few nice pops and bangs

    mine pops at about 19k revs wen the revs are going down, pops louder in low gears

    Mine pops when i hit the rev limiter or just before and i only have a back box.

    Mine only pops when the EML comes on so it's obviously over/undefueling which is not good.

    Had a full supersprint on mine with a piper 4 to 1 manifold. reverted back to a 2001 center section ( not cat in midbox ) and a 1999 downpipe, No cat again and a piper backbox no word of a lie it spits pops every time you rev it high, and occasionally splits flames likea foot long!

    as said verry anoying! its cool at first, not so cool when your driving past police or just want to drive to work and your sat in a suet thinking, i look a right twat poping away

    Its happened a couple of times going down gears *BANG, crackle. i dont even look about lol and hope i dont get hauled up by them. Worser when they're walking about..
    
    Good and inconvenient at times.

    Mine pops every now and again. It does it loads if i'm going down a not very steep bank and leave it in 1st or second without revs. I heard you can make it pop doing stuff with the igniton on saxo's but i thought it was only with older cars with carbs/webbers

    put foot to floor ease off throttle withou dipping clutch and slightly tap accelraton once every 4 seconds. Works for me. Hope it works

    Buy a pugsport..... Rasp/pop machine, becomes addictive when driving hard
    And very annoying on a slow drive to work or the mrs's
