    No idea about this kind of thing, What should it be around?

    max power is usually around lambda = 0.9. Yours is running closer to 0.95 (depending on fuel spec) so it is a tad lean however not enough to cause any engine damage

    Sure the rule is 14 parts air 1 part fuel is 'optimum' so 14:1.

    lambda 1 is best for economy, cat light off time, combustion stability, overall emission etc... but as said peak BMEP is often closer to lambda = 0.9

    AFR is air fuel ratio. This is 14.7:1 (officially known as the stoichiometric ratio if you wanted to know )
