Will a mk2 vtr centre pipe fit a vts can it just be bolted to the manifold and work as a decat pipe and centre pipe all in one then just connect a backbox to it?

if the mk2 vtr is a three plug engine so the cat is in the manifold then yes you can fit the center pipe from it and fit it to a vts and it will be a de-cat pipe with a silcener in it, i did the same when my car was still a vtr, but i fitted a pre cat 106 xsi pipe but the same idea, you can pick up a straight through supersprint pipe second hand pretty cheap

thanks bassically i converted my vtr to vts but the exhuast the vts engine came with has got loads of splits in it and blows like f**k so was thinking remove the decat and centre pipe and bolt my old vtr magnex straight through centre pipe from my vtr on to the manifold and then connect the back back onto the centre pipe.

Yeah it's fine. Cat to backbox distance is the same on all saxos.
