#4Have you ever done it ? I gues not from that reply, as its probably one of the best mods you can do to your furio for under £15 performance wise
Yeah its not epic performance gains, vtr injectors and and the silver top MK1 inlet is a nice upgrade
Before any cocky cunt tries and tells me it will over fuel, iv been running a vtr inlet for over 3 years no problems still get 120 miles all day on £15 AFR gauge also says things are fine
Go for it buddy if you need any help give me a shout! you also get some epic induction roar compaired to the furio standard inlet
Make sure your furios a single plug ECU car before trying to bolt on a single plug inlet,
And for the love of god. SEARCH next time its been coverd so so so manny times -
#5How much do you honestly think you get from it? The standard VTR inlet isn't all that great. The injectors wont be making any difference eitherQuote:Have you ever done it ? I gues not from that reply, as its probably one of the best mods you can do to your furio for under £15 performance wise

#6If you can source the bits cheap and do it yourself then it may be worth while but don't expect miricles, you may gain 1-2bhp which in my opinion will not be noticeable.Quote:hi guys , just wondering if putting a 1.6 8v vtr inlet manifold on my furio will make any difference ?
Any performance gains will be in your head. -
#7ok cheers guys i wouldnt really have a clue how to do it and my ecu is 3 plug so what shall i do
-
#8With the later 3 plug you wont be able to use any of the mk1 silvertop or black top inlets as the port spacing is wrong. Later 3 plug VTR might be alright
-
#9You can fit a 3 plug vtr inlet we fitted one to my mates 1.1 yesterday on the 1.1 its made a vig differnce on acceleration we fitted 1.4 injectors too. and again it has a differnt induction note now local scrappy set us back £10

#11How big a difference? It'll need back to back tests on the same rolling road to prove this, as standard and then with mods
